I have used a SteelSeries headset for many years. Before that I used the Corsair model. Both models were at least twice the price of this headset and only worked with certain devices. For example, SteelSeries couldn't work with my Xbox One and my Corsair didn't have a wireless connection. This comes with a 2.4GHz wireless dongle and connects flawlessly to my Switch and PC. It also connects to my Xbox through the controller port. This error is related to the Xbox sound, not this headset. Xbox does not support USB audio. I really appreciate this headset because it can connect to ALL of my gaming devices. The sound is great for the price. It's not as comfortable as a $300 gaming headset, but it's surprisingly comfortable than the Corsair headset I've had. I think the foam will come off over time and it will get even better. Setup was very easy and the 3D audio is great for gaming.
