The best thing about this software tool was that it enabled us with an easy way of converting our existing reports into different format such as xml which we could use for future reference purposes. There were some problems like there are not many features available but they do provide good support service when you need help from them. It's worth trying out if your looking for something specific. This product helped me solve my problem where i had difficulty creating automated report outputs using multiple file types.
