Does your water heater pop and pop when heating?

Turbo Tank Cleaner has a lot of valuable information on its website. I will only post information that complements its content. I have a 3 year old 50 gallon propane water heater that rumbles, rattles and pops when heating up. In recent months, the water temperature has also recovered more slowly. I've been looking for and applying DIY water heater flushing methods to no avail, so I've tried Turbo Tank Cleaner. I didn't have too much sediment, but there was 1/8 inch of sediment covering the bottom of the water heater tank. As the water boiled beneath that layer of sediment, it burst with a crack so loud my whole house could hear it. The same layer also prolonged the heating process. slow recovery. I was glad that Turbo Tank Cleaner broke up this layer of deposits and corrected the situation. Three images uploaded: one shows crushed limescale with some pieces I removed manually for observation. In the second picture I got a good shot of the base of the water heater and chimney showing how well the tool broke up the layer of limescale. It is worth noting that in gas water heaters, the chimney passes through the middle of the inside of the water tank. It is necessary to insert the serpentine part of the instrument on one side, break the layer, then remove the instrument and ensure that the snake is inserted a second time on the other side of the influenza tube. In the last picture the tool is disassembled. Observations: Rust on the surface was visible after one use. The tool can be easily disassembled for cleaning. Big! All in all this is a good product that has worked well for my needs.
