as others have said the AIR pipe is at the wrong angle. The supplied flange screws are also short. I noticed that the commutator deformed during the welding process. This is pretty much the only legitimate CARB title, a replacement Dorman header costs the same/more money and will fail in 2 years. Hence the hat. before installing this part. Check the fit of the flange and purchase appropriate length bolts. Heat and bend the AIR pipe to fit the corner of the old stock manifold. Motor is not an AIR, genuine dealer part, not a cheap aftermarket part. The gasket included in the kit works, but after a while it bursts and leaks. Don't use a cat. or a seal, Felpro or Victor will do here. Others have complained about the clamp, I had no problems here, but the tape type is better = 2 1/4 in increments. Peel off the new paint if you want paint on it, what's there will burn right away, for some reason they sprayed regular paint on it, I guess to prevent it from rusting while on a boat from China .
