The only reason I took one star away is because I initially thought that this adapter converts electricity. The manufacturer has disclosed that information in the listing however it's not easily visible when you glance at the listing and you need to read the whole thing from beginning to end which I usually don't do and I suppose many other people don't do as well. Other than that, the adapter is solid and well built, I've been using it every day during my vacation in Bulgaria. The things that I plug in it are computer and a phone charger that convert their own electricity. If you are looking for an energy converter, this item isn't it so read the description thoroughly.
