Great for non-stick pans to cook Chinese!
There are no Chinese restaurants on the island where I live. I can't even believe it myself.so during my recuperation from a surgery, I have been teaching myself how to cook Chinese food. I was glad to have found these spatulas to use on my non-stick pan. I don't have a gas stove, so no wok. These work great for me!
- I use these for my wok. Good product.
- The spatulas may not be suitable for use with acidic or citrus-based foods
