The ease of sending out mass mailings, tracking responses to your mailing list/database is easy with this service! I like that you can upload all templates for each campaign which makes it simple if someone else needs assistance or there are errors in one template but not another (like an address).

It's also nice having email reminders when they're due so we don't forget about them once sent because our database isn’t up-to date yet as well!! We've been able send direct mails from opportunity knocks within minutes after uploading data into their system instead waiting days before doing anything ourselves.
