I like that you can upload all templates for each campaign which makes it simple if someone else needs assistance or there are errors in one template but not another (like an address). I like that it is easy to use, easy to customize and can be used for any size business. It also has a great customer support team that is very helpful and knowledgeable. I dislike that you cannot schedule your own automated postcards. You have to go into each card manually. This makes it difficult to schedule multiple cards at once. I like that they are very flexible in terms of how you want to use them. They helped us with digital postcards, print postcards for our direct mail campaign, and also offered an online product as well which we have not used yet.
