Review on Phanteks PH EC300PTG_BW Eclipse Tempered Glass by Ryan Thrasher

Good, but not enough

I bought my PC and transplanted it into this case. I love the case itself and the entire assembly was easy, quick and clean. The only complaint isn't with the body, but with the packaging. The hard foam was like a teddy bear when unpacked and may not have coped with the shipping either. The gap between the side of the box and the tempered glass panel was wider, so whatever pierced the side didn't touch the tempered glass. For an AIO I'd strongly say it's a good air-cooled case and if you're going to use an AIO get fans that can move air at high speeds or very decent static pressure fans. (I recommend the XSPC 120mm 4-pack for $26.) The rear fans are a lot better than I first thought. Moves a decent amount of air but can't count on doing full body. Noise levels are what you make of them, but the case isn't soundproof, so make sure you tune the sound for your quiet freak. My final point is the looks. SEXY A F. Job done. I recommend this case to anyone who needs a $60 case and doesn't want to mess around with extras. Oh yeah. Tempered Glass for $60!
