Another knife for life. just great!

I have been working as a chef/meat cutter at Ale House for several years now. Roast beef (Steamship +45lbs), ham and roast pork are hand carved so I have been using carving knives for many years and have 4-5 knives in my knife collection. The Shogun Slicer/Carving raises the bar to a new level. maybe two or three levels! Now this knife isn't as flexible as my smaller, thinner, lower blade height slicers. but it has incredible balance, is razor sharp and just cuts through meat so easily, smoothly, thinly and effortlessly. Simply AMAZING AMAZING! Combined with my Shogun Cimitiar, I can handle any piece of meat, no matter how big or thin it needs to be! Another knife for life. for Dalstrong
