LEDs work and it is 100% waterproof with 3 flashing modes as advertised. However, our particular dog (West Highland/Jack Russell mix, super cheeky and smart) has a wiry coat and the LEDs don't seem very visible from the road unless his collar is "just right". set. However, when you are looking for a collar you don't want to spend time fitting it correctly and you don't want the collar to be so tight that it won't slip off at all that you could choke your dog. for the sake of visibility. In our particular case, that just doesn't work for us, and if visibility is your goal, you might want to consider an alternative. As a cool choker, however, it's pretty neat - it all depends on what you're looking for. It gets a 3 star rating simply because it works and fits and is as described - I just wish the LEDs were more visible or they placed some emitters ROUND the collar to get the visibility I want had hoped for.
