These shakers are great fun. While they look great on any table, they look even better on a glass table where the reflection of the shaker adds to the illusion. The glass shaker is strong enough, but it seems like the metal top lid could bend slightly when not standing on the shaker. When screwing, make sure that the threads do not twist. Luckily this is not a big problem as it is only necessary when refilling the shaker.
