A sizable round cake pan. It looks deeper than my metal 9-inch ones but about as wide. The silicone is thick enough that I think will last for awhile. The black part at the rim is where the stainless steel frame is covered. And, thus, the hardest part of this whole pan. I got this pan since I was attracted to its claim of how easier this pan would be to push out the cooled cake. I find this to be true for cakes that are well-bonded like those made with eggs and wheat. But this doesn't do as well with gluten-free & vegan cakes that tend to be more crumbly. It ends up being messier to push out than the well-bonded cakes. The same problem I encounter with my metal pans.Fairly recommended.
