I keep the trash can under the sink. I don't like to see it, but I don't have room for one in my kitchen either. These bags are perfect for my 10 gallon under the sink jar. It's not a very thick bag, but I didn't have any holes or tears. I also use them to cover my food dehydrator and other small kitchen appliances that I keep on the shelves in the garage after the gardening season. They work great. and protect from dust and wasps.
