With its pros: Not a high price at the time of purchase. Not much heat. Ease of installation. Its cons: The linear speed does not reach the declared ones. More than 2.9 GB / s does not rise. In real conditions, the performance improvement is not noticeable compared to the old Plextor, which does not sag in read speed in recorded areas.
