The product is damaged. Our doors
I bought 24 of these doors to install in our new home. When installed, there was no plastic element covering the square end. Most round white caps do not sit directly on the end of the screw and are not easily adjusted to sit straight. You can't do that with bare hands. After about a month of use, we found that they were damaging the doors and making dents. I have attached a photo.
