This is a great laboratory fridge/freezer thermometer. It's traceable, highly accurate, and comes with a tubular probe that gradually adjusts to the temperature inside the object (giving you an idea of what the liquid should be like, not just the air temperature). It has alarms and you can track the lows and highs. It comes with different mounting options. You can probably tell everything from the description above, and it's pretty awesome: it's one of those devices that does exactly what you're seeing, works fantastically and I can't really find any faults with it - state-of-the-art user interface, buttons, LCD etc. , but who really cares? This is a device with a purpose, and it serves its purpose perfectly. Just think, it's cheaper than replacing all the food in the fridge!
