Great product with excellent support staff

I like how easy re traxx makes everything so much easier for us compared to other software platforms we have used in our office previously, especially when you are looking at having multiple agents working from home or different locations within your organization! The only downside of this system has been their customer service team not always being able to answer questions quickly enough (sometimes taking days). This isn't really an issue per se but if there were more frequent updates/updates released as well then perhaps they would be better equipped to handle some issues quicker than waiting 2+ weeks after release date? We're solving problems related specifically around speed & efficiency by automating processes across all departments including sales reps throught outbound calls which was previously done manually via emailing PDFs back n forth between clients - now instead everyone can see exactly what's going down next without asking others each time something.
