I used them with grow lights to make hanging grow lights. They work well, the only thing that could be better is the length of the cable that connects the plug to the three separate sockets. I had to use an extension cord to get the cord even high enough to hang the outlets from the ceiling. I wish they had a longer cord or a matching extension cord.
