One arrived broken but otherwise great glasses

One of the six glasses arrived broken but I can't imagine it's the manufacturer's fault. Maybe they could use stronger packaging, but who knows. The shipping process can be rough. Revain helped with the refund and we only needed five anyway so it worked out. These glasses are really beautiful and aesthetic. They are great for beer tasting. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. No complaints other than broken.
