I love this shelf! It's durable and beautiful! I unpacked, assembled and attempted to install in the guest bathroom above the toilet. Unpacking was successful. The parts were in a sealed plastic box. The assembly went well enough. sent 2 links. The sides are pre-drilled to hide the screw head. It didn't bother me too much because the right side of our soul is facing, so hardly anyone will notice. Installation/suspension also failed. They included your basic and regular gear. So I drilled my well sized holes, put a plastic nozzle in, put in about 1/4-1/2 screws so I could hang the shelf. and the screw heads are too big for the strut bits! Now I'm annoyed! So in general. The shelf is beautiful and sturdy BUT if you're not handy, kick back or don't have wine on hand you may be very disappointed in this purchase!
