I've tried everything to get these devices to work. I bought them on July 9th when I was starting a small business. In mid-August I finally got around to testing the cup. The first thing I noticed was that the lid doesn't close completely. I thought it was an accident and tried another cup. It was the same problem. Not only does the lid not close completely, the cups do NOT function as insulating glasses. They don't keep the coffee hot and that may be because the lids won't close. Also, lids retain water, so every time you wash them you have to remove the clasp from the lid to make sure you get the water out. After a month of testing I can say with certainty that they are NOT suitable for sale to a small business. If you decorate them with vinyl and sell them, stop. They don't sell the quality they think they are. Choose another brand.
