Review on Sand Dipper Jr Handle Hygienic by Carron Goebel

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Most suitable for high quality clumpy litter and small people

Like 1) No need to put your nose near garbage. 2) Soft touch 3) No hard bending required 4) Cleanly screens high quality, hard, clumpy media. I didn't like 1) The pole no longer extends. I'm tall and still had to bend down. Whoever is hurt will suffer. 2) Small basket. This only works for kittens if poor quality litter is used and objects get stuck to the metal. 3) Do not clean the bottom of the pot. I currently use disposable biodegradable litter boxes. Warm tips: 1) Extend the handle with wooden dowel and tape. 2) Use a dense, clumping bedding of excellent quality. 3) Use disposable trays. My decision to buy a sand bucket. The minor thing was that an older cat needs litter box retraining, but I can't stand the smell of dirty litter or scented litter. The old cat began to urinate outside the tray. Decisive action was required. After a thorough but costly vet visit, it turned out that the perfectly healthy elderly queen doesn't like "wet paws". We switched to a cheaper filler that didn't absorb quickly. She didn't like the taste of someone else's cat urine on her feet, not even her own urine. She likes fine litter that feels like sand and doesn't feel wet when she digs to cover her litter. This shovel isn't the best or the most efficient, but it works fantastic with an excellent sand-like odor seal and tough clump of trash. Even huge floes were lifted with a shovel. This scoop does not work well with poor quality or non-clumping litter. This shovel works well for my purposes. I just bought a second one for the reusable cat litter above. The longer handle allows me to scoop more often and with less pain. Urinating outside the tray has stopped. Everything smells good and good. I will change the handle to make it longer. Thanks to the excellent clumping properties of the filling material, nothing sticks to the metal basket. I haven't tried this shovel with reusable plastic trays, but I suspect this shovel will not be effective on stuck debris if dirt is stuck to the plastic tray. Our goal is to prevent litter from sticking to the bottom of the chute and so far our system has worked using a very dense, hard clumping bedding that clumps quickly and frequent scooping. I draw more when the smell is zero. This shovel helps me scoop more often. Negative reviews occur when a product doesn't meet the needs of the consumer. I hope you found this overview helpful in your decision-making process.
