Very disappointed! suitable for everyday backpacks
I received two identical Joy Susan bags, one gray and one brown. I received the gray handbag 6-9 months ago from a gift shop in Rochester, Minnesota. The inner zipper came undone and the outer zipper broke. They said there was nothing they could do about it. I then ordered a brown one from Revain and the large zipper on the outside came loose. I will not get another Joy Susan handbag. Poorly made. Johanna Meyer
- Zippered front flap at top. There is a zipped pocket on the back of the bag. Velcro closure at top. Inside pocket with zip and two open inside pockets. Printed lining. A practical choice among everyday backpacks.
