I love the bag but the zippers keep breaking

I really like the pocket on the back of this backpack because it will be difficult for someone to get my phone or passport in a crowd. I've bought it three times now and the zippers keep breaking. I want them to reinforce the zippers.

The zipper on the outside pocket broke after about 30 days. Please note that the return policy is 30 days.

The outer zipper of this wallet started to fail after about 33 days The return period for this item is 30 days I am not sure if it is fake but the last wallet of this kind, The one we bought lasted over 30 days It's now 30 days and we have a wallet with a bad zipper.

Very disappointed! suitable for everyday backpacks

I received two identical Joy Susan bags, one gray and one brown. I received the gray handbag 6-9 months ago from a gift shop in Rochester, Minnesota. The inner zipper came undone and the outer zipper broke. They said there was nothing they could do about it. I then ordered a brown one from Revain and the large zipper on the outside came loose. I will not get another Joy Susan handbag. Poorly made. Johanna Meyer
