Works, definitely keeps your food cold until lunchtime but don't expect it to be an all day fridge. Even with two ice packs, some of the items in my bag were barely colder than room temperature when I got home. the top and possibly the bottom of the lunch box when you use it. The expandable zip is great, it's a shame the extra stuff inside clumps up when not in use, seriously limiting storage capacity if left unopened. what he says, what he does. Keeps food nice and cold until dinner. I can't fault him for much more than what I've listed here. Feels good and durable, I think it will last a long time.
