Review on Alerta by Besim Kahsar

I like that it's easy to use, quick response time for questions etc., alerts are great! Not much but what we have used so far has been good enough - more features would be nice though (ease-of customization). It can get confusing with all these different options/features available when you're just trying find something simple such as "did my patient receive their medication today?" or even simpler things too ("is this person still using our service"). The ability to send reminders about appointments via text message makes life easier than having someone call us every day reminding them they need an appointment soon!!
