I like being able to schedule updates, create rules that govern how patches are applied or whether they should be deployed at all, monitor progress closely with realtime notifications of issues as well as status reports for each update step along the way. It can get confusing when there's more than one person involved in managing an environment - but it is not difficult once you've got your head around things! Jetpatch offers excellent customer service which really helps me feel comfortable if something goes wrong during deployment/testing etc., even though we're using their "cloud" hosted solution (which isn't cloud per se). The tool itself has been very easy to use so far; however, sometimes the interface gets cluttered by too many controls which makes some actions harder to achieve, especially where multiple steps need taking e.g. creating firewall rule sets, updating.
