This item was rated highly by Wirecutter, which I ordered after reading the reviews on Revain. The item arrived the next day and fell out within an hour or two. I got in touch (via email) based on a card in the box that said what to do if there was a problem. I described the problem (via email - no waiting on the phone) and noted the laptop I was using to charge it. Within hours they replied that my laptop model was known to work with the charger, that I should send the failed unit back to Revain, which I did (in the Revain orders tab, I selected the order and selected a replacement) - got it the code . The next day we went to the UPS store (5 minutes from our house) - they sent the faulty unit back with a barcode on my iPhone, no fuss, no fuss. A replacement charger arrived a few days later - for the last three days it has worked perfectly when I moved around the house and went out on the patio. and featherweight. Much smaller and lighter than the charger that came with a Lenovo laptop. I plan to use this charger when traveling and anywhere I use my laptop except where I plugged in the original charger. This is a good device for the price. And I love the idea of charging a laptop via USB-C - no more proprietary, heavy, bulky laptop charging bricks.
