Was so excited to use this product, heard so many good reviews. Finally received. Then box opened and very disappointed! As you can see from the photos the collar at the top of the box was all creased when opened, notched at the top where it should be rounded and the actual controls of the device are completely chewed up! It has dirt all over the collar, appears to have been used or sent back after someone's own dog chewed it up and was never checked before being put back on the shelf and then sent to someone like me who was really excited about this product and try it now I'm super dissatisfied and pissed that I spent $200 on this caregiver collar (believed to be top quality but doesn't seem to verify the quality of their products!) and now I have to go through the process of returning it , refund and receipt go through a new product. probably in 2 weeks :-( . Just disappointed!
