Transmitter excellent. The hose (on the collar) sucks. Tried different pins to make contact and it's still intermittent. It just doesn't work well on my thick Malinois coat.

My returns window closed a month ago. This block no longer works. I have another old device from another vendor that works great. It doesn't make sense that this block is bad. Get an exerciser for your pet if the device keeps working

We use this branded eco collar on all our dogs but it usually comes from our trainer. This particular collar is amazing in quality, personality and ease of use. My biggest concern is quality control when buying from Revain. Our box was open and our collar didn't stay in sync for more than a few minutes. I'm grateful that Amazon has easy returns, but I highly recommend buying from the source.

Makes training so much easier. I really like subtle gradients between layers. Our German Shepherd mix requires very little stimulation: 7 out of 100. Some other brands have much less levels and the jump between levels is too high. The only issue we had was that their thick fur made good contact. We had to buy long hairpins but still need work to establish good contact. However, this seems to apply to any e-collar with thick haired dogs.

I have had other electric collars for my dog (it's not a PC to call them shock collars) and I like this one. It is quite easy to set up and has many features like collar light, vibrate mode or beep mode. It's a little tricky to switch it from vibrate to beep. I don't recommend this if your dog has terrible behavior or strong triggers. These collars can cause serious injury if used incorrectly and frequently. The ecollar brand is the only one I would use because of the stupid ten style vapor. But the Mini wasn't for me because I didn't like the configuration and options of this device. The battery life of all ecollar devices could also be better. I would like sound and vibration to be available at the same time as a stimulator and reinforcement. This was not possible with this device. I had to switch to EZ and I liked it much better. But it had some hardware issues and I didn't like the dual pacing…

Was so excited to use this product, heard so many good reviews. Finally received. Then box opened and very disappointed! As you can see from the photos the collar at the top of the box was all creased when opened, notched at the top where it should be rounded and the actual controls of the device are completely chewed up!
