I find myself reaching for my old ones.

That seems like a good idea. not yet put into operation. Aside from being quite difficult to get into the corn (they aren't that sharp), the tines are too wide apart. All three don't fit the diameter of an average corn cob, so you end up piercing part of the cob, part of the corn kernels, meaning it's not safe at all. In addition, they cannot be heated in the microwave. Spring.
