Not sure why there are bad reviews. Maybe the wrong order was shipped? In my opinion, this toilet paper is soft and of good quality. I received 48 rolls as stated. While most online retailers charge $3/roll or more, I'm happy to pay a little over $1/roll. Are the roles a little smaller? Yes, but not enough to complain about it. Thickness and softness are good, so the rolls will probably last as long as some of those flimsy, cheap single-ply rolls that require you to use more sheets per towel. UPDATE: Having used several rollers I can honestly say they are durable. the same amount as the soft double buns I used before. Very very happy and I haven't had to buy toilet paper for about a year.
