I got the version with the ball mount (there is one without it for cheaper) the ball mount is so bad that it flops around with my DJI Osmo Action on it. The suction cup on the other hand stuck to my car in a single day of 55 to 95 degree heat and didn't even need an additional pump the next day. I would recommend the version without the ball mount and buy some decent to attach your camera to the suction mount.Also, your surface has to be pretty much completely flat. The base is very rigid and doesn't conform to any but the slightest curves.
