I bought this to fit a 12.5" x 12.5" basement window. The picture shows a 12 inch fence, but the fence is actually 15 inches. I don't know how they could have made this mistake. Running 24/7 for about 4 days and the fan suddenly started rattling. I've looked closely and tried everything to stop the rattling but I think it's coming from inside the engine so nothing can be done to fix it. It's very annoying and doesn't allow me to focus on anything other than the rattling. Avoid this fan.
