Okay I know I don't have any before and after photos which is annoying and you can't see for yourself but that's why I'm closed say to you! This was probably the quickest and cheapest way to get my teeth super white. My teeth stand out in photos every time I use it. It doesn't make my gums hypersensitive (which they usually do). I wipe my teeth with a towel to make them very dry, apply some teeth whitener to my teeth (you literally paint teeth on them), wait about 10-15 minutes and then I brush my teeth. I will use it 1-2 times a week or so because I will forget, but when I do you will literally see your teeth whiten!
