Spend the money, and buy the rubber Fruit mats. I just got my fruit roll-up trays, can't wait to use them. This thing is priced right, and seriously. I wish I bought it 15 years ago. Keep a journal of everything you did, how you made it, include recipes, temperature, and cook time, and date it. And don't forget, use Air tight vacume seal bags, and machine.
