Functionally this table is great for my needs. Like many other reviewers my table was damaged during shipment. There was no evidence from the shipping carton on the outside but on the inside the Styrofoam was in pieces. The tabletop and bottom shelf had been bent do to a impact of some kind. Returning a bulky like this is difficult and often costly. So I grabbed a pair of pliers and gently tried to bend thing back into place. So needless to say the table does not look perfect but still OK for my purposes. There are surface scratches on the table top that are from the factory, since stainless steel gets a patina of scratches with use anyway this is not a deal breaker. It's a good table for the price. if it arrives in acceptable condition.
