I also like the fact that they are always open to new ideas and suggestions. Sometimes I feel like they are a little too quick to jump to conclusions and make decisions without giving you a chance to respond. I would like to see a more in-depth analysis of the data. Sometimes it feels like they are just looking at the data and not taking the time to understand it. This is a great tool to use when you are looking for a quick analysis of the data.
