Got this through a local big box over the NO TAX weekend. I have to say I almost took it back because it was so bright I didn't think I could make it work. Here's what I ended up finding: Don't install any drivers at first. Second, use your graphics card settings to reduce the brightness. Then use the small joystick under the LG logo to fine-tune. This joystick is great once you learn how to use it. It took a while, but I finally got 75 fps - an improvement over 60 fps for gaming on a 27-inch panel for a cheap price. My card can easily support 75 fps with no audio. like a tornado. Plus it's 144fps ready (for AMD) if you choose - although my card is Nvidia I haven't confirmed it. Be careful with "Super Resolution" modes and settings. They are of great importance. Start with the default and change one thing at a time or you will be completely lost.
