I'm an amateur and I have one old R12 refrigerant recovery vacuum pump and use it in our family cars. With so many different refrigerants for cars and HVAC systems these days, there are so many fittings and adapters that don't fit my pump. I don't know the difference between different types and sizes, including the nomenclature, so I didn't know which fitting to use. Luckily, this offering of a selection of different fittings caught my eye. They're inexpensive, strong enough not to break under normal use, and easy to replace on my pump. I now have enough fixtures to meet my limited needs.
