Review on 🌧️ KING BIRD 20 Cubic Feet Waterproof Rooftop Cargo Carrier Bag - Non-Slip Mat, 4 Door Hooks, Luggage Lock - Fits All Vehicles with or without Roof Rack by Rick Everett

High quality roof bag, best of the soft shell carriers

High quality bag that holds all our camping gear and we don't mess around so pack a lot. What's in the Box: The headliner worked reasonably well, the bag didn't slip or move and there were no scuffs on my roof from our ride. Position the bag about 20cm from the front edge of the roof. Distribute the weight evenly - easy enough if you have two sets of camping gear (one on each side, heavy tent in the middle). Belts: Belts could have been designed better if they had a clip buckle instead of a pull buckle due to prolonged or repeated use. The ends of these straps wear out sooner or later, and since installing this bag requires threading the straps every time you turn it on and off, it wears out a lot and requires a straight edge - once those woven straps start to fray , it will not be possible. I think the straps can be swapped out. Zipper: When you zip up, lift the hanging flap! Try leaving the bag in the sun for a few minutes to soften it up. This vinyl is incredibly difficult to maneuver unless it's warm and pliable. Packaging: Lots of storage space. We even put our chairs there. I hit 77 mpg with no crosswinds. Crosswinds reduced speed to 60-65 mph. We obviously lost fuel economy (if that's what you're into) with the bag. If you get too much noise from the bag, you can use a bungee cord or other strap to push the front of the bag more against the roof. Also, fasten the straps around you to reduce excessive flapping.
