Good stainless steel strainer that drains very well due to the many holes. Seems to be well made and should last a long time. Even the largest size is smaller than my old colander which is fine for my use but if you need to drain a large amount of food you can split it into two batches. In these reviews, it was noted that the outer surface is like a microplane. which I also discovered. A quick and easy fix is to tap the outside surface with a Scotch-Brite pad or fine sandpaper to remove any burrs from the perforated holes. I did this when the screen arrived and within a minute or two it was just as smooth on the outside as it was on the inside. Downgraded to four stars because I believe the final buyer does not need to do a final deburring. However, I am happy with the product and the end result.
