Well, if you don't mind checking out the Swiss Cheese Rails.
If this window grille looked like the Revain picture (and packaging) it would probably deserve a higher rating. However, all four vertical rails are full of holes, giving it an unsightly Swiss cheese effect. I know this is supposed to give you all sorts of mounting options for the outer rails, but why do the inner rails have to have holes? (Answer: reducing production costs by using the same rail material for the vertical parts). Also, the quality of the paint isn't very good, as others have noted. It was already peeling off. The welding could have been more accurate.
