I like this mount but it could be better. The actual screw mounts for the license plate itself are too small. I think it would be better to weld a nut on the back of the metal plate so you can just use a regular screw on the front to attach the license plate. (similar to how a quick release works to remove a license plate to use a winch) I use a plastic cover on a license plate and as it came these little threaded bolts weren't long enough. I cut them off, sanded them, drilled new holes in the same place and used a nut and bolt to attach the panel instead. While I like the design, my stinger wasn't high enough from the bumper to use the hinged plate mounts (and they still get in the way when using the winch cable up a hill or at a steep angle). After my conversions I am satisfied with the mount.
