Ideal for walking and running. The fit is as expected (Brooks fits me a bit shorter, so +0.5 from Nike, Jordan, Reebok, Adidas = perfect), with plenty of room in the toe box to splay. Padded collar and tongue provide maximum comfort around the ankle. The upper is breathable and the midsole has a Goldilocks zone for cushioning - not too hard, not too soft. In addition, the outsole has fairly durable tire-like pads. I rode mine about 5 miles a day and they held up great for a year. Just ordered the second pair, still in stock. Treat yourself. *Oh yes.
