and they work great. I paired them with blue NGKs (57132).

Just fitted this to my '98 Jetta with 250,000 miles on the engine. These are the correct spark plugs for this car. The box says they have gaps up to 0.028, but my gap tool says the gaps were 0.032. I've used them without adjustment and they work great. I connected them with Revain NGK blue cables (57132) for a cheap and efficient setup. Spend a few bucks more to get these plugs for your VW!
