Great buy at Indoor Air Quality Meters
Based on outdoor readings, it seems accurate enough to give a good indication of the freshness of the air. It's fast, so it doesn't have to stay on for an instant read. Even when switched on, the battery holds a charge well. I think it must have a Fahrenheit option but I couldn't find it. I use it daily and recommend it.
