Overall it does what it's supposed to. It was still working fine for over an hour and a half of continuous use. I appreciate the variety of pads and accessories that come with the kit. It doesn't provide instructions on what to use for what, but it's not a study-on-the-go tool. I suggest you learn about buffing and proper procedures so you don't damage the varnish/paint. What worries me a bit is the noise level. It looks like the bearing is defective and there is a slight grinding noise. As this is the first buffer I've used from this manufacturer I don't know if it's worth worrying about. The sound is very quiet and thin, but loud enough that when I actually heard it I noticed it. It's getting pretty hot, but I don't feel like it's getting close to dangerous temperatures.
