The Moen faucet we purchased from Revain on 8th December 2018 was to replace a 10 year old faucet on a double sink cabinet - we bought the same style as the other sink. When both were installed about 10 years ago the plumber told us that Moen has a lifetime warranty. We have repaired them three times over the years. The last time this happened, our plumber suggested replacing the unit. I couldn't find Moen's number or email address to contact him so I bought it from Revain. When it arrived with no details, Revane provided a contact number. When I called they said they would send a part. I asked about the warranty and he asked what parts I need. I asked why he hadn't credited my account but he said all he could offer was a 10% discount off the one we just bought. Big thing. I do not consider this a lifetime guarantee. I believe that"bait and switch".
